1. General Provisions

These terms govern the use of the Hi-Po platform operated by Punkt X Sp. z o.o. Using the service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

2. User Account

Registration requires providing truthful information. The user is responsible for password confidentiality. Account can be deleted upon request (Art. 17 GDPR).

3. Scope of Service

The platform enables recruitment processes using artificial intelligence, including: CV upload, AI avatar interview, automated competency assessment, and feedback generation.

4. AI Interview

The AI assistant interview is recorded (audio). The candidate must give explicit consent before the interview. Recordings and transcripts are processed solely for competency assessment and deleted after the retention period set by the recruiting organisation (365 days from the end of the process by default). The candidate may request earlier erasure at any time.

5. Liability

Punkt X Sp. z o.o. is not responsible for recruitment decisions made based on platform results. The final decision belongs to the recruiter (human-in-the-loop).

6. Termination

Users may delete their account and request data erasure at any time. Punkt X reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of terms violation.
